VOTE – and if you can, VOTE EARLY!
Early voting begins October 15 and ends on October 31, 2026. Print or screenshot the Early Voting Schedule HERE and keep it handy. During early voting, you may vote at any early voting location in Gaston County.
Winning Early Voting does not guarantee victory, but building a strong early-vote advantage can be decisive, especially when early ballots make up most of the total vote!!
Election Day is Tuesday, November 3. Polls are open from 6:30 AM–7:30 PM, and on Election Day you must vote at your assigned polling place. Find your Election Day polling place HERE.

The sample ballots are separated by your NC House Representative. There are NO changes to the ballot other than your specific NC House Representative.

Absentee Voting Information
Voting by mail in NC is safe, secure, and easy to do. Click below to request your absentee ballot.
Absentee-by-mail ballots begin mailing on Friday, September 4, 2026, to voters who have requested one.
The last day to request an Absentee Ballot is October 20, 2026, by 5pm. The completed ballot must be received by 7:30pm on November 3, 2026.

2026 General Election Early Voting
Early Voting for the 2026 General Election in Gaston County will be held Thursday, October 15, 2026, through Saturday, October 31, 2026.
Regular Early Voting Hours
Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Special Hours
- Saturday, October 17: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Sunday, October 18: Closed
- Saturday, October 24: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Sunday, October 25: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday, October 31 (Last Day): 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

ELECTION DAY
The 2026 General Election will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, from 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
Unlike Early Voting, all voters cast their ballots at their assigned polling location on Election Day.

We suggest starting with just 5 phone calls per week. If you can make more, that’s great! Every call helps us reach Republican voters and encourage them to get out and vote.
When Early Voting begins, we will also need volunteers working at the polls and handing out Republican voter guides. Many of our volunteers will do both, and we hope you will too!
